Fair Fees
We have a basic flat fee based on a price per unit per annum, plus a works fee that is applied on contracts that require a Section 20 Notice under the Landlord & Tenants Acts. Our fees are agreed at the start of any business relationship and reviewed annually thereafter.
Promise
We receive no pay-back from contractors nor will we mark up any prices.
